When one thinks of eloping, there are so many different things that come to mind: Maybe it's standing on a cliffside overlooking the ocean or maybe it is hiking to the top of a majestic mountain surrounded by trees and vast views. The beautiful thing about elopements is that it can truly be whatever your heart desires, there are no set rules.

With Shelby and Zack’s elopement, we were able to showcase that very idea - there are no hard or fast rules when it comes to eloping. The goal should be celebrating your union in a way that fits you as a couple.

Shelby and Zack are avid rock climbers and an adventurous couple and wanted simplicity and adventure to be reflected in the story of their love.

Shelby’s gown featured a beautiful beaded bodice, subtle v-neckline, and free-flowing skirt. and Zack completed her perfectly in a simple white button down with neutral slacks.

Her bridal bouquet was composed of soft neutral, earthy tones to match the stunning vast landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park.

They ended their day doing what they do best and scaling the sides of the giant boulders near Skull Rock and it was a perfect demonstration that celebrating your unique love story and incorporating what sets your heart on fire is exactly what eloping is all about.
