I am Vivian Morrow

I pride myself in reading the room, sensing the emotions flowing and that is how I able to notice the little things—the way your nose crinkles when your partner winks at you from across the room, how he brushes his thumb across your knuckles while you walk hand-in-hand, or the sparkle in your eyes when he whispers that you’re the most beautiful thing he’s ever seen. It's how I notice the way your little ones turn their heads into their shoulders with the biggest smiles all because "mommy or daddy' looked at them a particular way, the way your kids play with your hair as you softly whisper 'it will be alright' after they fall. The way your husband throws his head back laughing when his kids try (and fail) to scare him when they pop up from hiding behind some rocks. The way your kids are mesmerized by the way little treasures the waves bring to shore. Or the way they carefully stop to pick a small dandelion for you. These small, intimate moments are what I live for—the in-between interactions that stay with us forever.

In order to be the room-reader that I have grown to be, I blend my background in mathematics, that taught me to think analytically and plan meticulously, my creative storytelling approach. These skills allow me to carefully consider every possible scenario before the big day, so when the moment arrives, all my focus is on you.

When I’m behind the camera, I like to bring a calming presence with just the right amount of fun energy. I’ll make sure you feel comfortable, relaxed, and laughing while capturing your favorite memories. I love delivering a mix of timeless, classic portraits along with those organic, unscripted moments that tell the real story of your day.
